Ascend Rise is a bootcamp-style fitness class designed for adults who want a strong, energizing start to the day without feeling overwhelmed.
Each class includes a mix of strength, cardio, core, mobility, and full-body conditioning in a supportive group environment.
You do not need to be “in shape” to start. We will help you modify, pace yourself, and build from where you are.

What to Bring: Water, comfortable workout clothes, and a good attitude

You’ll move through coach-led circuits that may include:
Strength exercises
Conditioning intervals
Core work
Bodyweight movements
Dumbbells, bands, sleds, or med balls
Mobility and recovery-focused movement
Every class will be structured, coached, and adjustable to your fitness level.
