At Ascend Performance Training, we believe that fitness is a lifestyle. We are Certified Personal Trainers with 3+ years experience in the field. After recently became parents ourselves, we have a whole new perspective on fitness. Focusing on youth training as well as quick efficient workouts for busy parents, our personalized training plans are tailored to your unique goals, schedule, and fitness level. Our goal is to guide you to make realistic, maintainable changes that will last a lifetime.
