Ridge

Ridge is an ISSA certified personal trainer with an extensive background in sports and athletics from his elementary years through college. He specializes in speed, agility, and resistant training. As a former collegiate athlete, Ridge applies his passion for exercise into helping clients get stronger, move better, and build lasting confidence. He works with a wide range of individuals—from athletes improving speed and performance through the Speed Academy to clients seeking 1-on-1 or semi-private training in a supportive environment—focusing on proper technique, consistency, and sustainable habits to help each person reach their goals. When not training, Ridge enjoys watching movies, finding new places to eat, and spending time with loved ones.
